This YouTube account has helped me enormously with how to pose. It seems a silly thing, but it’s nice to look at photos from a special event or trip and feel good about how we look.

Sorry, just picturing a normal wedding, everyone murmuring about the setting and flowers and bridesmaids and the cute flower dog, but THEN IN WALKS JOANNA, IN RED! And the entire wedding screeches to a halt, all phones come out like paps to catch a photo of her!! Bride?! What bride?!?

I love the main character of our lives bit! And for some of us, it’s very fun to have a special occasion to dress up and feel fancy, as Mister R would’ve said.

I would personally avoid a red dress at a wedding. It draws a lot of attention. Yes, red is great to stand out in your own photos. But for a wedding guest who is not in the bridal party it could be considered gauche.
