Always flour first then egg. Helps make everything stick to the breadcrumbs and not in the pan.

Basically the shrimp is sauteed in butter, lemon juice, white wine, worstershire, hot sauce, garlic and onion….serve over stove top grits…Or you cand mix cheese and milk in the grits too!

I had to say goodbye to my beautiful boy recently. He got very sick suddenly. He was a rescued dog and came to us with a bunch of anxiety issues that made him tricky but we could not have lived him more. He was our second beloved dog and we waited 12 years to get him because I did not think I could ever love a dog as much as my first dog but I was wrong. So I have jumped right in and have a new boy, also a rehomed/rescue dog (a failed working dog). We loved him instantly and he has filled a gap in our family. There are so many dogs that need humans (and we need them too!). Can you open your heart to another? You won’t regret it.
